Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy Cole Slaw

510 g Angel Hair Cole Slaw
2 T Slivered Almonds
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 uncooked and broken into pcs. block block Ramen Noodles
1 T Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Canola Oil
2 T Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Cole Slaw

In a skillet, melt butter and lightly toast almonds, sunflower seeds and Ramen noodles. Let cool. In a sauce pan, combine vinegar, Splenda, oil and soy sauce over medium heat stirring frequently until ingredients are combined. Let cool. Just before serving, place slaw mix in bowl, add noodle mixture. Stir vinegar mixture and pour over slaw. Stir well and serve. Refrigerate any unused portions.
