12 oz Chicken Breast, diced
3 cups White Minute Rice
3 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Mild Salsa

Reserve 4 oz Cheese. Mix all other indredients. Bake at 350, 50 minutes or until rice is tender. Top with reserved cheese, broil till crisped to your preference.
