A delicous very crunch salad!

Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy Cabbage Salad


for Salad:
5 cups cabbage, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 cup butter
6 ounce of Ramen noodles, uncooked broken into small pieces
3 ounces slivered almonds
1/8 cup sesame seeds

Dressing:
3 ounces canola oil
3 ounces sugar (or Splenda granulated)
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 dash of salt
1 dash of pepper

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Cabbage Salad

  1. Combine all of the salad ingredients in a medium bowl except for the butter, noodles, almonds and sesame seeds.

  2. Brown the noodles and almonds in the butter over medium heat. Then add the sesame seeds. Cool Completly. (Save the seasoning packet from the noodles to use for somthing else.)

  3. Combine the dressing ingredients and toss with the cabbage and noodle mix. Serve right away.
