Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy asian salad

10 oz romaine
10 oz cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, peeled and sliced into matchsticks
1/2 c scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 c cilantro, chopped

Recipe Directions for Crunchy asian salad

  1. Prepare 1/2 cup peanut dressing (see my recipe)

  2. In a large bowl, toss together romaine, cabbage, carrots, scallions, and cilantro.

  3. Add dressing to taste and gently toss.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve immediately.
