A simple and delicious flapjack. Cut into small servings, one is perfect with a cup of tea.

Recipe Ingredients for Crunchies

1 cup coconut
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup sugar
225 grams of butter
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Crunchies

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.

  2. Melt the butter and golden syrup together.

  3. Add in the baking soda and mix well.

  4. Press into a swiss roll tin or brownie tin.

  5. Bake in a moderate oven for 10 mins.

  6. Cut when cooled but still warmish.
