Came out crumbly, still not sure if the ratios work right, but not bad health-wise!

Recipe Ingredients for crumbly brownie bars

3/4 cup crisco
1 1/2 cups dried oats
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch topping
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 cup cold coffee
1 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for crumbly brownie bars

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Mix oats, crisco, sugar, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon until crumbly

  3. Add chocolate chips, coffee, and peanut butter

  4. Press into greased 9x13 pan

  5. Drizzle caramel topping over the whole thing and sprinkle with shredded coconut

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and the edges are browned

  7. Wait until fully-cooled to cut.
