Recipe Ingredients for Crumb Topped Salmon

1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tbs minced fresh parsley
1/2 tbs minced fresh thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/8 tsp paprika
2 salmon fillets
1/4 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Crumb Topped Salmon

  1. In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients and set aside.

  2. Pat salmon dry and place skin side down in a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Lightly butter each fillet and cover with crumb mixture.

  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
