Real butter croissants...another killer food!

Recipe Ingredients for Croissants

500 g flour
30 g powdered milk
40 g icing sugar
10 g salt
1 tbsp yeast
300 ml water
300 g butter

Recipe Directions for Croissants

Combine all ingredients but butter. Knead for 20 minutes, let rise one hour and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Fold butter into dough. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Fold again. Repeat 4 and 5 2 times. Cut into croissant shapes, roll loosely. Let rise for 1-1.5 hours. Cook for 12-15 minutes at 425.
