Spicy chili packed with veggies! Extremely Simple

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Veggie Chili

28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
15 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
15 oz canned pumpkin
15 oz kidney beans
15 oz canned chili beans
1 zuchinni
1 onion
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp nutmeg
2 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Veggie Chili

  1. chop zucchini and onion and garlic

  2. Add all canned items to the crockpot and stir.

  3. Add spices (little less chili powder if you dont like extreme spice) stir

  4. Add veggies and stir.

  5. let cook stiring every so often

  6. Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
