Lean turkey breast and veggies simmered long and slow.

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Turkey Stew

1 lb turkey breast
1 cup mushrooms, cubed
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups potatoes, cubed
3/4 cup carrots, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Turkey Stew

  1. Cut turkey breast into bite-sized cubes. Pat dry and dust with flour.

  2. Layer veggies in bottom of crock pot.

  3. Arrange turkey on top of veggies.

  4. Mix wine with spices and add to crock pot.

  5. Set crock pot on low for 8-9 hours.
