Crockpot teriyaki pork for the freezer.

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Teriyaki Pork

32 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 oz Regular Soy Sauce
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
3 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Teriyaki Pork

  1. 3lbs cut up pork tenderloin

  2. 1 onion, sliced

  3. cup soy sauce

  4. cup sucanat or brown sugar

  5. 1t minced garlic

  6. t ginger powder

  7. Put all ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Seal the bag and squish around to mix it up. Freeze. On cooking day dump contents into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is cooked and tender. Serve over brown rice.
