1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 apple, peeled, cored & diced
3/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter

Spray a 1.5 quart crock pot with cooking spray. Add all ingredients. Stir. Cook on low for 7 hours.
