Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Spanish Rice

16 ounces extra lean ground beef
14 ounce diced tomatoes, undrained
8 ounce tomato sauce, no salt added
1 1/2 cups low sodium tomato juice
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
2 cups green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup rice (instant)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 grams Truvia (two packets)
1 1/2 teaspoons chili seasoning

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Spanish Rice

  1. Brown ground beef. Use Pam spray on the inside of the slow cooker. Put everything together in pot and stir.

  2. Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours.
