CROCKPOT HIGH 3-4 LOW 6-8 ADD 6 DROPS TABASCO SAUCE. Calories would not compute.

Recipe Ingredients for CROCKPOT SHRIMP CREOLE

1 1/2 cup celery, diced
1 1/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
8 oz tomato sauce
28 oz whole tomatoes (in a can)
1 clove garlic
1/4 t pepper
1 lb shrimp, deveined & shelled
2 cups rice, hot & cooked

Recipe Directions for CROCKPOT SHRIMP CREOLE

Combine all ingredients plus 6 drops Tabasco sauce except shrimp & rice. Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Add shrimp last hour of cooking. Serve over hot cooked rice.
