Great way to get good use out of a cheap and flavorful meat. Use any salsa you like, but I like pineapple or chipotle best!

2 lb pork tenderloin
12 oz salsa

Recipe Directions for Crockpot salsa pork loin

  1. Put tenderloin into crockpot, cover with salsa. Put a lid on it, set to low, and forget about it for 6-8 hours.

  2. Serve with a side or use the meat for quesadillas, sandwiches, etc.
