Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Rosemary Beef and Tomatoes

15.5 cup Tomatoes Diced with Italian Herbs
16 oz Beef
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Rosemary Beef and Tomatoes

  1. In medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir for 4 minutes. In 4-6 quart crockpot, combine onion mixture, salt, pepper, and beef and mix. Pour beef broth over, then cover and cook on low for 9-10 hours.

  2. Add tomatoes, rosemary, and thyme to beef in crockpot, increase heat to high and cook for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are hot. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
