a beef, carrot, potato, onion stew

Recipe Ingredients for crockpot roast

3 cups carrot
3 cups potatoes
2 cups onion
4 lbs beef roast
8 oz vegetable broth
3 cups water
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for crockpot roast

  1. clean all vegetables

  2. peel potatoes

  3. scrape carrots

  4. cut potatoes into quarters

  5. slice carrots

  6. cut onions into chunks

  7. place all vegetables into the crockpot, pour in one 8 oz can of vegetable broth, add 3 cups of water.

  8. Season beef roast to your liking and place atop vegetables. Put lid on crockpot and cook for 7-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high
