Yummy and easy rice pudding! You could use all skim milk and adjust the sugar if you wanted to tweak this even healthier.

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Rice Pudding

3 c 2% milk
1 c skim milk
2/3 cup rice
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon butter

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Rice Pudding

Grease the crock and then add ingredients and stir. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until done, stirring occasionally while cooking.
