NOTE: Sodium content is not accurate. I couldn't get it to size the Healthy Request soup so I had to use regular.

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Potato-Tomato Pot

20 ounces frozen shredded hash browns
2 cups cut green beans, rinsed & drained
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
10 3/4 ounces Healthy Request cream of celery soup
14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Potato-Tomato Pot

  1. In your crock pot, combine hash browns, green beans and onion. In a medium bowl, combine parsley flakes, celery soup, and undrained stewed tomatoes. Add soup mixture to potato mixture. Mix well to combine.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
