Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Peanut Chicken

3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Peanut Chicken

Combine all ingredients in 4 quart crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5-8 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.
