15 1/4 oz Whole Kernel Corn
15 1/4 oz Black Beans - 50% less sodium
15 1/4 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
3 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
8 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
2/5 oz Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
16 oz Perdue Fit and Easy Chicken Tenderloins

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Mexican Soup

Super easy super yummy crock pot soup: can of rotel, can of corn, can of black beans (drained & rinsed), 2 frozen chicken breasts, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 packet dry ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours. Shred chicken, and enjoy!
