Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Mexican Chicken

24 ounces (2 cans) canned corn
5 pieces chicken breast (5 frozen breast)
6 tsp (1 packet) taco seasoning
29 ounce (2 cans) pinto beans, undrained
32 tablespoons (1 jar) salsa

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Mexican Chicken

  1. Put the 2 cans of corn on the first layer. Put frozen chicken breast on second layer and sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken. Add 2 cans of black beans and next layer and top off with a can of salsa.

  2. Cook in crock pot on "low" for 9 hours.

  3. **NOTE - Suppose to use Black beans but hubby won't eat them.
