Slow cooker mac and cheese recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Mac and Cheese

8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

Sauce:
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk (preferably evaporated)
8 oz Velveeta, diced
1 Paprika to taste

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Mac and Cheese

  1. Cook and drain macaroni.

  2. Melt butter in saucepan, slowly stir in flour and salt.

  3. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken.

  4. Add cheese, stir until smooth.

  5. Combine with cooked macaroni.

  6. Pour into greased crockpot.

  7. Sprinkle with paprika.

  8. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
