about 1.5lb greek seasoned lamb shoulder blades, bone removed, potatoes, onions, carrots in a beef/wine broth

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Lamb Shoulder

21 17/20 oz lamb , raw
3 t beef bouillon granules
3 c water
1 c red wine
2 9/10 lb potatoes
1 sweet onion, medium
1/4 lb carrot
2 t oregano
2 t mint
2 t thyme
2 t basil
2 t marjoram
2 t salt
1 t garlic, crushed
1 t dehydrated onion

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Lamb Shoulder

  1. Remove bones from 2 lamb shoulder steaks

  2. mix seasonings together and rub onto steaks

  3. Cut potatoes, carrots, and sweet onion to desired size place in crock pot.

  4. Mix 3t beef bouillon granules with 1 cup very hot water, add 2 more cups water and 1 cup red wine and pour into crock pot. Liquid level should just start to cover top of the vegetables.

  5. Place seasoned rubbed lamb on top of vegetables

  6. Cook on low about 8 hours.
