Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Italian Chicken

1 1/2 lb Chicken Breast
10 3/4 oz Healthy Request Cream of Chicken
14 oz Vegetable Broth
1/2 cup Sour Cream
4 oz Cream Cheese
2 lbs Broccoli
3 cups, Cooked Brown Rice

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Italian Chicken

  1. Dump Frozen Chicken into Crockpot.

  2. Mix Cream of Chicken, Vegetable Broth, Sour Cream and Cream Cheese in a bowl. Pour over Chicken.

  3. Season w/ Italian herbs, salt level should be fine.

  4. Leave in Crockpot for 6-8 hours on low. (Cooked very quickly less than 4 hours...)

  5. Break up chicken w/ spoon & stir often throughout cooking time.

  6. Toss Broccoli into the crock (turn heat back on if it was off) so it can cook with the goo.

  7. Cook the rice separately and add to crock once cooked.

  8. Let everything combine for 15 minutes or so, then serve.
