Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Herb Chicken

1 1/5 lb boneless chicken breasts
1 med onion, cut in 8 pieces
4 stalks celery, cut in 1 in pieces
4 carrots, cut in 4 pieces
10 oz 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
40 grams Slow Cookers Italian Herb Chicken Seasoning
5 small potatoes, cut in 1 inch cubes

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Herb Chicken

  1. Place onion in bottom of crockpot.

  2. layer frozen chicken over onions.

  3. Place celery, carrots, and potatoes on top.

  4. Sprinkle Italian Herb Seasoning on top and cover with cream of mushroom soup.

  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
