Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot fried rice

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (2-3 cups)
1 cup brown basmati rice, cooked
1 T butter
2 T soy sauce
2 t worcestershire sauce
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 t kosher salt
1 diced yellow onion
2 stalks (1 head) broccoli
1/2 lbs snow peas
1 egg
1 t sesame seeds, to taste (optional)

Recipe Directions for Crockpot fried rice

  1. Spray crockpot bowl with Pam.

  2. Place all ingredients into crock pot.

  3. Mix well, and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 3-4. You are only heating everything up and cooking the egg.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
