2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.33 cup, packed Raisins, Golden Seedless
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms
2.5 tbsp chopped Shallots
2 fl oz Organic Premium
2 tsp Chicken Stock
1 serving Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Curry Chicken

Brown chicken breasts with salt pepper and curry. Mix all ingredients in Crockpot with one cup water or low sodium chicken broth plus 1 Tbsp. curry powder, 1/2 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/4 tsp. cloves, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper.
