Great for a Sunday meal. Cooks while you're at church and is ready when you get home. Tasty, mild chili that is super easy to cook.

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Corn Chili

1 1/2 cups corn
15 oz tomato sauce
5 oz Kidney Beans
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb. ground turkey, browned
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp dried Thyme
1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Corn Chili

  1. I use a 4 oz can of diced green chiles (instead of the green pepper) and a whole can of light red kidney beans, but the recipe generator wouldn't give the correct nutritional information.

  2. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.

  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

  4. Serve with chopped onions and shredded cheddar cheese.
