Recipe Ingredients for crockpot chili

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
3 cup Black Beans
1.5 cup Kidney Beans
16 oz Tomato Juice
4 tsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for crockpot chili

  1. thoroughly cook beef with onions, drain off fat.

  2. place beef and onion mixture to crockpot.

  3. add 2 cans black beans, drained and 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained.

  4. add tomato juice and chili powder.

  5. stir.

  6. cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4.
