Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Chili

2 pounds Beef, Top Sirloin
1 cup Onions
30 oz. Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
29 oz. Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 cloves Garlic
3 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Pepper, Black
1 tsp. Cumin Seed
1 Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Chili

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion.

  2. Put ground beef, onions, and other ingredients in a 3 1/2 to 5 quart slow cooker. Stir Well.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW 9-11 hours.
