Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Chili

4 portions 85% ground beef
2 green peppers, chopped
1 red onion, diced
1 3/4 c 1 (14.5 oz) can corn, drained and rinsed
3 1/2 c 1 (29 oz) can diced tomatoes
16 oz tomato sauce
1 3/4 c 1 (14.5 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 c 1 (20 oz) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 T chili powder
2 t ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Chili

  1. brown 2 pounds ground beef

  2. layer in the crockpot

  3. - green peppers

  4. - onions

  5. - corn

  6. - black beans

  7. - kidney beans

  8. - tomatoes

  9. - tomato sauce

  10. - spices (I also added 1 t ground chipotle but could not find it in the database)

  11. - beef

  12. stir to combine and cook on low 4-5 hours
