From Tara Gordon. Use Target brand chili beans (DON'T use Walmart brand; doesn't taste as good).

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Chili

16 ounces extra lean ground beef
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
30 ounces diced tomatoes
30 ounces chili beans (2 15-oz cans)
15 ounces canned kidney beans
1 chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Chili

  1. Brown ground beef and drain. Season with taco seasoning mix (or cumin) and place in crockpot.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook on high for 2-3 hours.

  3. Serve topped with shredded cheese, or garnish with a dollop of sour cream and sliced green onions.
