simple chili made with leftover turkey burger and pinto beans

Recipe Ingredients for crockpot chili

1 pound ground turkey
1 1/2 cups pinto beans, cooked
8 ounces diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons chili seasoning
1/4 cup frozen corn
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for crockpot chili

  1. Brown turkey in skillet, drain fat if necessary. I used leftover taco meat.

  2. Add diced tomatoes and wate. cook in crockpot on low -8 hours.

  3. Add in frozen corn and mix in seasoning 20 minutes or so before serving.

  4. garnish with chopped green onions, sour cream, cheese, if desired. You can also saute peppers and onions and at to chili any time during cooking for extra flavor.
