Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Chicken Curry

600 g (about 4)boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 medium onion
2 apples (chopped)
12 oz low sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp curry powder
1 dash pepper
1/4 tsp sage
2 cups peas
2 cups minute rice

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Chicken Curry

  1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

  2. Place in slow cooker.

  3. Cut up onion, place on top of chicken.

  4. Season.

  5. Add apples and chicken broth.

  6. Cook 8-10 hours on low or 5-6 on low.

  7. Add rice and peas and cook for another 20 minutes.
