Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Chicken Curry

672 grams Boneless Skinless Split Breasts
1 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 oz Minced In Oil Garlic
16 fl oz Natural Free Range Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1.5 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Chicken Curry

  1. Chop chicken into 1 inch strips or cubes, toss with EVOO and salt and pepper, let sit for 15 minutes.

  2. Place chicken in crockpot, add tomatoes and rest of ingredients, cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. Crack lid for 1/2 hour to allow sauce to thicken.
