Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Chicken Chowder

1/2 cup chopped carrots
8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup Kroger Fat Free Less Sodium Chicken Broth
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 potato, cubed
0.38 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
30 ounce creamed corn
1/4 cup dried potato flakes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Chicken Chowder

  1. Combine all ingredients except dried potato flakes and cheese in slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until potatoes are tender and chicken thoroughly cooked.

  3. Add potato flakes and stir well to combine.
