Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Chicken Chipotle Chili

20 oz chicken
1 onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 poblano pepper, diced
2 tbsp garlic
3 cups chicken broth
3 cups cannellini beans
15 oz great northern beans
15 oz navy beans
4 oz diced green chilis
1 1/2 cups stewed tomatos
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 chipotle pepper

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Chicken Chipotle Chili

  1. Process one cup of chicken broth and 1 can of cannaellini beans in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients (dice all peppers and onion) in crock pot for 4-6 hours.
