Crockpot Chicken Chili Recipe

I used chili powder, paprika, and cumin, but you could use a pre-made mix. I am trying to cut out salt, so I didn't go that route. This would be excellent with garlic, but hubby can't have garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for crockpot chicken chili

1 pound ground chicken
1 small onion
1 can no-salt-added tomatoes
3 jalapeno peppers
2 Thai chili peppers
1 habanero pepper
3 T chili spice powder
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn

Recipe Directions for crockpot chicken chili

Put all ingredents except the beans and corn in crockpot. Cook on high for 1 hour, then stir well. Turn to low setting and cook stirring occasionally for 6-8 hours. Add corn and beans in last hour of cooking.
