Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Chicken Chili

39.12 oz. Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. tabasco
30 oz. Kroger great northern beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz. shoe peg corn, drained
3 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Chicken Chili

Remove fat from chicken. Mix onion, garlic, broth, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper sauce in slow cooker. Add chicken. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker. Use 2 forks to remove bones and shred meat. Discard bones; return chicken to slow cooker. Stir in beans, corn, lime juice and cilantro. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until heated through.
