1 cup dry oatmeal
1/4 cup raisins
1 medium apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp skim milk powder
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup bulgur
2 tbsp honey
2 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp ground flax seed

  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours
