32 oz Ore-ida frozen hash browns 1 lb ground turkey 1 onion, diced 1 green bell pepper, diced 1 1/2 c shredded cheese, lowfat 18 oz egg substitute 1/2 c skim milk 4 oz mushrooms, canned 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper garlic powder to taste

1/2 cup Canned Mushrooms
18 oz Egg Substitute
30 oz Oreida hash browns
16 oz Ground Turkey (Kirkwood
1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(110 g) Onions
1 medium raw(119 g) Bell Pepper Green
6 serving Cheese - lowfat
0.5 serving milk - skim

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Breakfast

  1. Cook ground turkey until brown.

  2. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.

  3. Divide potatoes, turkey, veggies & cheese so you can create several layers of each ni teh crock pot.

  4. Start with the has browns, then turkey, onions, mushrooms, pepper and cheese. Repeat layers.

  5. Mix together egg substitute, salt, black pepper, garlic powder. Then pour over crock pot layers. cover and turn on LOW. Cook for 10 -12 hours overnight.
