32 oz Ore-ida frozen hash browns 1 lb ground turkey 1 medium onion, diced 1 medium green bell pepper, diced 1 1/2 c low fat shredded cheese 18 oz Fit & Active Egg Substitute 1/2 c milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper garlic powder to tasts 4 oz mushrooms, sliced, canned

Recipe Ingredients for CROCKPOT BREAKFAST

1 serving Oreida hash browns
16 oz Ground Turkey (Kirkwood
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.5 serving milk - skim
6 serving Cheese - lowfat
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
18 oz Egg Substitute
4 oz Canned Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for CROCKPOT BREAKFAST

  1. Spray crock pot well with cooking oil.

  2. Brown turkey in skillet.

  3. Divide hars browns, cooked ground turkey, veggies & cheese so you can create several layers of each in the crock pot.

  4. Start with the hash browns, then turkey, onions, peppers, mushrooms and then the cheese. Repeat until you have several layers.

  5. Mix egg substitute, milk, salt and black pepper together. Then pour over the layers in crock pot. Cover and turn on low. Cook for 10- 12 hours overnight. 8 servings
