7 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
0.75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Fat-Free Skim Milk

cook bacon and crumble. grease inside of crock pot. sautee onions and peppers in bacon grease. layer in crock pot hash browns, onion pepper mix, bacon & cheese. should make appox 3 layers. ending with cheese layer. beat egg & milk together and pour over layers. cook in crockpot 8-10 hrs. on low
