Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Beef Stew

1 1/2 pound beef, lean
14 1/2 ounce beef broth, fat free
2 potatoes, medium
6 ounce carrots
1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Beef Stew

  1. Mix flour and beef and brown.

  2. Peel and chop potatoes.

  3. Put beef in crockpot first, then chopped potatoes, then carrots.

  4. Pour beef broth on top.

  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours
