Easy, throw together stew. Perfect for a cold evening! Add any other vegetables that you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Beef Stew (no beans)

1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 lb beef
20 grams stew seasoning
2/3 cup peas
1 1/2 cup carrots
1 1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cups potatos
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
1/8 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Beef Stew (no beans)

  1. Brown beef in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add flour and brown for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Mix water and seasoning. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on high 4-5 hours.

  3. Serve with rice and corn bread.
