Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Beef Curry (low fat)

1 lb stewing beef
28 oz diced tomatoes
400 ml lite coconut milk
2 tbsp garam masala
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Beef Curry (low fat)

  1. Brown beef, toss in crock pot. Brown onions garlic and ginger, toss in crock pot.

  2. Deglaze pan with lite coconut milk, toss in crockpot. Add spices and diced tomatoes to crock pot put on low 8-10 hours
