So yummy and simple! Great for all occasions. This is a very mild chili, if you like to turn up the heat add to taste cayenne powder. Most think a pot full of chili is unpractical for a couple or small family but remember not only is chili a great lunch the following day but it also freezes well. *Alternative - you can also use ground turkey rather than using beef for a leaner option

Recipe Ingredients for Crockpot Beef Chili

1005 grams extra lean ground beef
28 fl oz diced tomatos
28 fl oz red kidney beans
12 fl oz corn
15 fl oz crused tomato,
1 green pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
3 fl oz green pepper
3 fl oz celery
3 fl oz onion
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp,+crumbled bay leaves
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Crockpot Beef Chili

  1. Brown beef in skillet with salt & pepper

  2. Rince and drain kidney beans

  3. Place all ingreidents in crockpot , stir well and leave on high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours

  4. *Bay leaves don't need to be crushed, I add two bay leafs and remove prior to serving.

  5. Enjoy!
