Easy soup. Good for days when doing activities and want food ready whenever you are.

Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Tortilla Soup

4 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
12 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
32 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
28 oz Tomatoes Diced
16 oz Thick
4 oz Diced Green Chilies
15 oz Black Beans
1 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Tortilla Soup

Shred rotisserie chicken. Saute garlic in oil. add all ingredients to crock pot. Set on low 8-10 hours. Time very forgiving. Add cubed Monterey Jack cheese and crushed tortilla chips to bowl. Add soup and top with a dollop of sour cream, slice of avocado and sprinkle of cilantro. Squeeze in some fresh lime juice. All this adds calories - but mostly healthy and really adds flavor.
