Recipe Ingredients for Crock pot Taco vegetable soup

16 ounces pork tenderloin, cooked and cut up
4 cups beef broth
4 cups water
1 onion, diced
1 ounce Taco seasoning
20 ounce Frozen Corn, Peas, carrots
1 zuccini (cut up)
1 Yellow squash (cut up)
1 ounce whole wheat pasta

Recipe Directions for Crock pot Taco vegetable soup

  1. Put all ingredients into crock pot.

  2. Break pasta into small sections.

  3. Cook on med. high for about 3 hours OR Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

  4. For Variety, serve with warm whole wheat tortilla.
